This van conversion was designed for a family of four and carefully crafted by a team of experts based in the Ozarks to create a versatile and comfortable space that feels like home on the road. The result is a van that can withstand a lifetime of use and inspires a sense of adventure.
The van interior is spacious and well thought-out, with every inch of space carefully utilized. From the port holes to the murphy bed, everything is bespoke and designed with a specific purpose in mind. The minimalist layout ensures that no space is wasted, making it perfect for a family of four who need to maximize the van space and will use it for long periods of time.
The van’s design is family-driven, with a focus on maximizing social space and functionality throughout. Every space has a multipurpose use, and arrangements can be easily changed as needed. The two sets of beds are fully foldable, one converting into a bench and the other folding into the wall to display maps and hold small storage.
The space includes two foldable passenger seats and two lagun tables, providing a variety of arrangements for playtime, worktime, and mealtime for a single occupant or a family and friends dinner. The cabinetry is bespoke and made from bamboo and paper stone, while the walls and ceilings are covered in fabric, and the floors are lonseal. This creates a cozy interior without adding any unnecessary weight to the vehicle.
The van has ample storage, including nooks for small items, and enough space for clothes, food, and all energy and water storage needs. The back “wet” closet includes a cassette toilet and a shower and is perfect for trips to the beach, long stays, and little children living in the van. The roof has a pop-up tent, solar panels, and ventilation requirements.
The van is equipped with everything needed to stay off the grid for extended periods, including a heater, solar power, LPG tank, and kitchen appliances.
